Return Policy:
Our goal is to exceed our customers expectations and help you care for your families. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return the items you do not want in new condition within six months and we will refund your order or exchange the item(s) subject to the return policy below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit do not fall into this category. After the six month period, any returns will be assessed by management on a case-by-case basis.
1.) A 20% restocking fee on stock returns or exchanges on shipments that match the customer's order.
2.) No returns after six months from the order date.
3.) Shipping or transit damages must be reported to us within three (3) business days.
• While we are not responsible for shipping damages, we will replace your order free of charge to you and pursue any claims with the shipping company.
4.) If the order is incorrect due to the checking, manufacturing, production or any other error on the part of Bass-Mollett, we will issue a shipping call tag for those items which are incorrect and replace them free of charge.
Requirements for Refund:
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Bass-Mollett reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 20%.
Items must be Bass-Mollett product.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, and accessories.
We do not accept returns on products which have had components removed or modified.
• Bass-Mollett is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
• Bass-Mollett is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Exceptions to these conditions include but not limited to, the following:
• Special Order Products or Custom Products which were proofed and approved by the customer prior to being manufactured.•
• Third-party vendor (drop-ship) items
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of return.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed, unless the item was a Custom Product. In the case of Custom Products, please allow 5-10 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Return transaction tracking:
In the event that a customer has made returns on more than three separate invoices within a 45-day period, the return will be automatically flagged, and a customer service manager or member of management must approve the return. These transactions will remain for six months and will disappear if there are no more returns during that time period.
No return or exchange on the following:
• Used candles (non-electric)
• Used foam boards
• Custom/Special printing
• Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
